Service Agreement
By signing up for service, the customer agrees to the following:
- The customer agrees to pay for hosting services rendered in advance at the beginning of each service period, according to the service period selected by the customer.
- Non-payment of services shall result in a 10-day notice of disconnection. All payment failures must be resolved within 10 days of notice.
- Customers failing to secure payment within 10 days of notice will incur service interruption.
- DataSlab LLC reserves the right to terminate service immediately to any customer it deems, in its sole discretion, violates any condition of service including this Terms of Service.
- The customer is to be held responsible for all content and activities related to the use of the hosting service.
- The customer agrees to abide by the terms in the Acceptable Use Policy, and that the result of violating these terms may include termination of service.
- DataSlab LLC is not responsible for protecting content stored in the hosting service by the customer. The customer is responsible for backing up any data.
Suspension and Cancellation
DataSlab LLC reserves the right to suspend service to any customer for violation of the Terms of Service. DataSlab LLC will make a reasonable attempt to notify the customer and to resolve the problem in a manner resulting in the least amount of service interference as reasonably possible. DataSlab LLC reserves the right to terminate service without notice for continued and repeated violations of the TOS.
Prohibited Activity
Customers shall not use the service to engage in any activity which, in DataSlab LLC's sole determination, constitutes a violation of any relevant law, regulation, ordinance, or court order, or causes harm or attempts to cause harm to any other entity. Customers shall be responsible for determining what laws or regulations are applicable to their use of the service. Violations or attempted violations of system or network security are strictly prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability, in addtion to termination of service.
Email Policy
DataSlab LLC has a zero tolerance policy on SPAM, Junk E-mail or UCE.
Reseller Policy
Resellers are responsible for the conduct of their customers and by agreeing with this AUP, agree that their customers will adhere to the AUP. Resellers should make their perspective customers aware of the AUP and the consequences for violation.
